Nexto

QUEM SOMOS

Desde 2003, Andréa Veruska e Wagner Montenegro pesquisam e experimentam o Teatro do Oprimido. Iniciaram juntos os estudos sobre o método no Pressão no Juízo, grupo teatral que tinha o Teatro do Oprimido como raiz forte. Esse grupo encerrou suas atividades em Recife; seguiu para Natal, mas Veruska e Wagner continuaram o trabalho.

Daí surgiu o NEXTO, nome que se origina a partir do desejo de criar em Pernambuco um Núcleo de Experimentações em Teatro do Oprimido. No NEXTO, Veruska e Wagner realizam trabalhos de arte/educação, formação em Teatro do Oprimido, experimentação estética, pesquisa e criação artística.
